Shipping policy
Shipping Policy – MyPanelFabrics B.V.
1. General
This Shipping Policy applies to all shipments arranged by MyPanelFabrics B.V. and forms part of all business-to-business (B2B) transactions.
All orders are produced on a pre-order basis, and shipping is arranged after production is completed.
2. Delivery Terms
All deliveries are made under EXW (Ex Works) conditions from:
Moleneind 22-C05, 1241NG, Kortenhoef, The Netherlands
Under EXW terms:
- The buyer is responsible for transportation, insurance, and import/export procedures
- Risk transfers to the buyer once the goods are made available for pickup
3. Production and Shipping Time
- Standard production time: approximately 4 weeks
- Shipping time depends on the destination and logistics provider
Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not included in product prices and will be calculated separately.
Costs depend on:
- Destination country
- Shipment size and weight
- Selected carrier
The final shipping cost will be communicated before dispatch or included in the invoice.
5. Pickup Option
Customers may choose to arrange their own pickup.
- Pickup location: Kortenhoef, The Netherlands
- Minimum pickup order: 6 panels
The customer is responsible for organizing transport and handling.
6. Failed Delivery / Uncollected Goods
If goods are not collected or delivery cannot be completed due to customer-related issues:
- Additional storage or handling costs may apply
- MyPanelFabrics B.V. reserves the right to invoice these costs
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Once the goods are handed over under EXW terms, the risk transfers to the customer.
Any damage or loss during transport must be handled with the logistics provider arranged by the customer.
8. Important Notice
MyPanelFabrics B.V. operates strictly under B2B conditions.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the delivery terms and responsibilities as described above.
