Return & Refund Policy – MyPanelFabrics B.V.
1. General
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all business-to-business (B2B) transactions of MyPanelFabrics B.V.
As all products are manufactured on a pre-order basis, returns and refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.
2. Returns
2.1 Returns are only accepted with prior written approval from MyPanelFabrics B.V.
2.2 Return requests must be submitted via email, including a clear description of the issue.
2.3 Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
3. Complaints
3.1 Visible defects must be reported within 7 working days after delivery.
3.2 Hidden defects must be reported within 7 working days after discovery.
3.3 MyPanelFabrics B.V. must be given the opportunity to inspect the goods before any return is approved.
4. Non-Returnable Products
4.1 The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Cut or processed products
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
5. Refunds
5.1 Refunds will only be issued if:
- The defect is confirmed by MyPanelFabrics B.V.
- The return has been approved in writing
5.2 Refunds may be processed as:
- Replacement of the product, or
- Partial or full refund, depending on the situation
5.3 Refunds are limited to the invoice value of the affected goods.
6. Order Cancellation
6.1 Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 4 weeks after placement, provided production has not started.
6.2 After this period, a cancellation fee of 15% of the order value may apply.
6.3 Once production has started, cancellation and refund are no longer possible.
7. Important Notice
As MyPanelFabrics B.V. operates strictly in a B2B environment, standard consumer return rights (such as 14-day withdrawal rights) do not apply
